right few questions guys.im on weightwatchers just now with the girlfriend and lost 5lb in a few weeks.can see the differance.now booked the gym for friday and wondering what i do about calories etc now.im 12st 5 and got a good frame to start with.just upperbody is not toned attall and this is the area i will be working hard on.what about protein shakes etc aswell?
