Any tips?
well as some of you know i was a 45 gallon tank about a year ago
I came from 131 kgs to 84 kgs waits was 49 inches and i'm down to 35!
excuse my hairy body pmsl
Now still have that damn belly it clearly shows in the pics
someone has any ideas of what to eat daily?

If i was you i'd get eating and lifting heavy as possible, put some muscle on your frame and then do another fat loss stint.
If you keep trying to lose weight now you'll look like a bag of bones imo!

thats what I was thinking, me legs are alright just that bit of a belly. I am not a gym man so will find it difficult, maybe try some weights at home?

I'm sorry but I think you have issues or some sort of disorder if you still believe you have what you say a Belly.

wow, wasnt excepting this kind of responses lol! will try an do some weights tone up a bit, but still I can feel some fat on my stomach, maybe it will go down.
