so what your recipes for chicken
I will start as chicken can get boring
2 chicken breasts marinated in reggie reggie sauce,cooked on the george foreman or under the grill,pack of uncle bens pilou rice,topped off with a few jalapeano peppers,add a little sauce to the rice when served for an extra kick

Well pete i like to stuff mine with stilton and wrap them in parma ham and bake them. If you are after a low fat option stuff them with philadelphia low fat cheese.

Chicken breast marinated in some Nando's peri peri medium sauce, cooked on the old George Forman. Rice with a bit of the Nando's sauce too mixed in, i absolutely LOVE this and have it most days, don't think i could ever get bored of it tbh!
