i think ive cracked it.

follow these steps and if anyone has any better ideas id be glad to hear

1. ASDA - Frozen section - Southern Fried Chicken (just the chicken)

2. leave to defrost for say an hour or 2

3. put in BOTTOM of oven for about an hour on LOWEST setting

4. turn over and leave for a further hour or so

5. take out and cover with a tea towel and leave for a further 15-20 mins

OMG

its stoooopidly nice and i dont think i could tell the difference

depends what your sense of "nice" is,
i personally prefer just after the pink-ness has gone.
nice and tangy........ but still chewy!

and at KFC allways ask for breast for you pieces of chicken , there is fuckloads of meat on em , them drumsticks are full of bones and gristle
