Fuck me Coldo. Obviously I've saw you a lot goin through it since January, and I saw u the other day at the gym, but these photos are crackin. What a difference mate. Inspires me to try a bit harder. As I said the other day at the gym, it's the diet part I can't stick to I need to start sorting it out!!

Staple foods that i eat everyday are eggs, chicken breast, tuna fish and cous cous. Plenty of steamed veg and about 3L of water/green tea aswell.
My diet generally it looks like this;
08:00 - 3 egg ommelette and 40g oats in milk
10:00 - protein bar of sorts and 1 boiled egg
12:30 - 80g cous cous with 200g chicken
14:30 - Banana and tin of tuna
17:30 - Gym - 90-100mins cardio
19:30 - 200g chicken, boiled egg and loads of steamed veg
is that your daily diet what you eat everyday mate?

Cheers folks, this thread never dies
Friends, family and the women seem to be impressed aye... obviously it never happened overnight so the people i see often aren't as shocked as people i ain't seen for years etc... get some funny responses, some guy i used to work with never recognised me at all one night. Compliment i guess.
Cheers mate, do I know you? Or you just one of Pauls many friends?

Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on what way you look at it, I split up with the girlfriend mid 'transformation' probably because i was only concerned with going to the gym and eating properly? Deffo get plenty attention from the women now though. No harm done.

Wow!
so much difference mega inspiration to me mate. im 19 and around 23.5 st so pretty much the same figure as you before you started and ive decided to myself last week i want to slim down, so i started the gym on monday and ive been going all this week and doing 60 mins cardio which is very hard work for me! but im having trouble sticking to a diet although my calorie intake is well down.
what was your average beats per minute in the early days while training mate? I manage 30 mins on crosstrainer then the cool down bit and im absolutely knackered! so unfit lol then i normally go on the cycling machines for 10-15mins then warm down.

Providing you are doing it at a normal pace, thats fucking good going for someone that started a few days ago IMO.. this sort of thing doesn't happen overnight but seems you have a better starting level of fitness than you believe you do. Either that, or that level of fitness is normal and when I started I was considerably worse than I thought!!

Not really, I'll be taking a few in the next couple of weeks and post them up.
Weight hovering around 115kg. For the last 4months or so I have been training for strength so the weight has went up. I do rekon i'm leaner than i was in the last pics though, with a fair bit more muscle which is making up the weight.
Training harder than ever so don't worry, i've not fell off the wagon

Naw ye havenae. You've been playin COD ya bastard
You've done well though Coldo. Who'd have thought you woulda done all that work then start to bat for the other team? But fair play for coming out mate, how are your family taking it? Got to say, it won't affect our friendship at all pal. I'm sure Stoo will maybe take a little more interest in you now though! Cheers, Paul.
