Yeah just a couple.Last 2 weekends he has been at comps.Took him a couple of years but only the last year he has been serious about it

He was placed 1st in his first ever comp which was novice class at SK classic in lochgelly,his next show he was moved up class to class 1 at NABBA and was 4th out of 4 lol.Not too bad for first time i suppose

been meaning to go to some of the shows,but dont know where to get the onfo on them,there is a flyer up at the gym for natural bodybuilders in june in glasgow, but apart from that nothing, btw your pal is in top shape and the standard looked good at the comp........

He is awesome. So in two years I could look like that? I train very hard four days a week, and I am extremely happy with the progress in three months.

Ive been picked up wrongly.I didnt mean exactly 2 years more like 5 years he's been training but only last year he has been serious about stepping on stage etc

Looks a lot better pre-contest IMHO, all the veins poking through paper thin skin never looks healthy to me.

Fair play though, awesome results if that is what you are into

Im the opposite i like the cut look,everyones different though.He does look good still holding water though

I think I find it hard to view as healthy a look that is got by an unhealthy low level of something as important to the body as water in the first place TBH mate, not to mention I think the side effects of the Diuretics normally used to get that effect are things like erectile disfunction and heart problems, which dont exactly seem appealling.

Not trying to be negative about him, like I said I think his precompetition physique is very impressive and im sure its taken a lot of dedication, its only all the pictures of him drained and at deaths door due to a lack of fluid that I find a bit disturbing, which is a comment about all body builders not just your mate.

amazing achievement, i prefer the pre contest look aswell, fair play the amount f hard work he put in must have been insane!!!
