what is the correct amounts of ephridrin/aspirin/cafein to lose some weight cheers was told 30/75/200 but also told take pro plus but there is only 50mg in pro plus does this mean i need to take 4 cheers for any help

 

You can actually buy a tablet called 'T5' that has it all in one.its quite expensive tho. ephedrine on its own works quite well at about 90mg a day and just drink plenty of water or fluids

 

will this be as good as all three though which is better cheers

 

Ive personally been using both together take one T5 and 2 eph, T5 in the morning and eph in afternoon.

Just google 'eca stacking ' and it will tell you the correct amounts to take in the stack

 

I like T3 better, used at the end of cycle and lost alot of bloat/bodyfat. Very good med!

 

What does 90mg equate to in pills? How many ephedrine pills a day?

 

30mg per pill normally, so 3 pill a day
