Default Exercise and esting regime required.

I am after an exercise and eating assistance,
I am a wagon driver, sometimes doing a 14 hour day with not much movement.
I try and eat decent, weetabix, salads, yogurt, fruits and stay away from the shit foods during the week, although I do like those cereal bar things.
I try and get out on my mountain bike twice a week, doing at least 5 mile off road at a decent pace, but thats it as far as exercise goes.

What other exercise can i do, I used to be a member of a gym but just dont like gyms full stop, and Ive got a dicky back that gives me proper shit at times.

For now, I want to lose weight and waistline before I think about anything else.

Cheers

ok bud
its hard when your drivin all day for living...do you stay away a lot or not...if not can you swim?? brill for all over body conditioning go straight after work 30 mins in water ....as to lengths,,if you can only do a couple dont worry rest then do another...just try to add one length every week before 1st rest...so if you went in week 1 done two lengths then rest then next week do 3 then rest...after a while you will build up till eventualy you can do 30 mins no rest...those cereal bars can be full of hidden sugers/fats but if your eating like you say that shouldnt be a prob...i think its more the likley your lack of excecise...if you go straight from work to pool ..it will become a routine(you will prob find it quite refreshing) where if you go home first it can be hard to motivate yourself after hard days work...
