just started last week again for a week or so and they do work a treat. i certainly notice weight loss.

I know this may sound a bit personal but how much weight have you lost, start weight? finish weight?

Wasnt very effective for me.

 

Those are only 8mg tabs so need atleast 3 tabs minimum per dosage so they wont last too long considering you need 3 doses per day

 

You surely don't need to lose weight from the pics you've posted?
