yes its very effective.
astronutrition.com used to do it but dont now however they direct you to another site where i bought some recently.

I know this may sound a bit personal but how much weight have you lost, start weight? finish weight?
Been looking at these for a long time but never wanted to spend the money without speaking to someone who has taken them first.
