Still measured 18.5" which isn't bad, gone of the days of 20" 's

I used to be 18st at my heaviest and now I hover around 15st which I'm happy with. Just on that never ending quest to loose fat, but my appetite and love for food keep getting in the way

Godzilla - no offence, and i personally know fook all about training... but your arms look funny! That may well be how they are supposed to look... but i think they look funny! where as pauls look right... does that make sense?

Offence not taken! Peak has always been major! Im thin boned and cant carry weight to well even though I compete as heavyweight! Im fighting soon and weighing in at 221 this morning, must gain another 8lbs.

Wicked mate. Currently im doing... Dumbell curls, hammer dumbell curls then cable curls for Bis the for Tris im doing heavy pushdowns then EZ skull crushers.
Will give your routine a go.... i dont train them on the same day right enough.

I'm into my 6th month now gyming it 5 times a week....loving it & seeing some decent gains so far.
Long way for me to go to get anything like your sizes! LOL!
