I've been taking 1 caffeine tab with every eph tab too lol.
I did think that 800-1000mg caffeine in a day couldn;t be good for me. And I haven;t slept since February

I bought 5 tubs of original(strong) 'stackers' 2 months ago and used 1 and a half tubs and lost a stone...if anyone is interested in the remaining 3 sealed tubs,i will sell for Ł10 a tub and throw in the opened half a tub! will accept paypal and send recorded.

My story with these so far.
I have always been pretty big. And as a field based engineer I have a habit of having driving lunchs or garage stops. If i am honest generally eating wank.
Have been taking a caffine tab and eph tab in the morning, one before lunch and one before tea.
I admit although the weight is going slowly, the feeling of wanting to eat is now removed.
I want to get up as soon as my alarm goes off and dont feel lazy.
I took a caffine tab this morning before a meeting in london, I was too early so took a 2 mile walk before going into the meeting.
They definatly give me an upbeat feeling and have suppressed my hunger.
The only draw back is it gives a funny taste in my mouth. And has made me a little hyper too.

After following this thread, i decided that i would order some.
I am crap at what i eat and that is my main problem, and.. im incredibly lazy!
BUT
My eph arrived on Saturday, so started taking them alongside the caffeine on Sunday.... i didnt feel the slightest bit different, apart from a little more awake than normal.
Tonight my 'localised' training will start, where literally i am focusing on my abs and my arse!
And gonna start a good walk twice a week! I need to shift a stone... so lets hope these will help!

I cant take Eph'....... sends my anxiety through the roof. Clen's are good but can make you a bit hot, on average someone taking Clen's will run a Body temp of around 100.7 instead of the normal 98.7 so it makes you feel slightly feverish. Best way to cut up is to 0 carb for 4 weeks. Feel like pure shit for the first 3-5 days as the body goes into ketosis, after that its all good!

Keeping off the carbs is hard. But you can eat as much protien as you want....chicken, eggs, bacon, red meats.
Im tucking into a meat feast pizza shortly, cheat day and in real need of this as been real strict on my diet for past month as have my fight coming up soon.

Just cycle them then, two days off, 3rd day normal. This works best for me as I too love my pasta. Started making my own too as the wife bought me one of those machines for flattening it

Ooooooh well tonight it all went completely out of the window as i had egg fried rice and spring rolls!
But
Im on my 3rd day of eph now.... and my appetite is definitelt surpressed... and i ache a little.. im assuming that is because i am doing some leg lifty things and attempting to do some ab exercises though.....

..hello fit people.......whats this like for sleeping on..????...bit of a shit sleeper so need to know................and also can someone send me a link for "the stuff"........training is difficult (fukd knee)......but maybe if i can loose some weight first it might help................

rule of thum 10mg of eph per hour before sleep so 60mg take it 6 hours before bed time
anything after 6 is gonna fuk u up sleep wise be u get used to it, and hace to up youir dose
and them things with 125mg of eph in are mad that cant be right i was getting some 60mg of eph based tabs and there demmed 2 strong for the uk market so are banned for being imported

I been using Ephedrine on and off for years. The last lot I got I did 2weeks on and 2 weeks off, in the 2 weeks on I lost 9lb and then in the 2 weeks off I put 11lb back on
I seriously need to sort my diet out as Im back training again now.

At the Mo I'm taking 2 ephedrine in the morning and if I'm training in the evening take 2 more about an hour before hand. Defo losing a few pounds and if i was walking anywhere i feel like bursting into a jog. Only thing is you sweat like a pheado in a playground if your doing any manual work during the day. Have about 20 left in the box so will give em a rest for a few weeks after that. Big help too is cut out the carbs, especially anytime after 3pm. My vice now is a bit of choclate and a takeaway at the weekends. Love eating them but feel guilty as fook afterwards!
