Default advice on my gym plan

hi, i have just written up a session plan for the gym and would like feedback from people in the know!

right 1st night:

Chest:

Incline bench press (4 sets of 8)
Flat bench press (4 of 8)
dumbell pull overs (4 of 8)
cable crossovers (4 of 8)
flat dumbell press (4 of 8)

Triceps:

Dumbell kick backs (4 sets of 8)
Close grip bench (4 of 8)
dips (4 of 8)
cable puch downs (4 of 8)

2nd session=

Back/Traps

Barbell rows 4 sets of 8
Seated cable 4 of 8
lat pulldown 4 of 8
upright rows 4 of 8
Barbell shrugs 4 of 8

Biceps

Barbell curls 4 sets of 8
cable curls
hammer curls
dumbell curls

3rd session=

Shoulders

Standing front dumbell raises 4 of 8
seated rear lateral raises 4 of 8
military barbell press 4 of 8
side lateral raises 4 of 8

Now to be honest after writing it all down im beginning to think that it might be too much and dont have time to go another day to the gym.

so id like feedback if i am doing too much and what i can affor dto cut down on.
im looking to increase in size mainly so i have decided 8 reps would be good with 4 sets.

thanks in advance

You haven`t included a legs session. Plus you`ll find you do have too much in there, eg on your triceps you`ll be killed, you wont be able to do all that to your best potential. I`d just pic two things and do them as heavey as you can.
