right be training for nearly a year now having trouble shifting my belly and handles

ive done nearly 40 mins cardio 5 days a week for what it seems is ever,

ive just started heavy weight body part training and 40 min cardio sessions on a recommended diet of

morning - 1egg and hole meal toast 1 slice
mid morning - protine shake with cards in
lunch - chicken/tuna and brown rice
afternoon - 2 bits of fruit
dinner - chicken/tuna and brown rice

i do heavy weight session with 40 min cardio 5 days a week rest weekends
(this is after work at about 6.00 till 7.30 pm)

with the above diet how longs it likely to take to reduce the fat around my middle, the fat from my chest back arms and legs is goin rely fast

should i do more ab's?

should i make them a weight session or do some every day????

any advice would be great

im not expert but i thought you would want as less carbs as poss to loose weight. they do protein drinks with hardly any carbs or fat in.that should help with your muscles but not have the bulk up ingredients of most protein drinks.

ditto above, bin the carbs for weight loss. cut out all dairy products (including milk in your protein shakes etc) the weight will fall off and your digestive system will thank you for it too.

You are over training. What do you do each weight session? Sounds like you need less exercise and more variety.

go to your local health food shop / fitness shop and buy something like "Hydroxycut" or "Inferno" capsules

i did wanna try to not use any tabs i no i can use t5's and it'll come off faster

i don't have any milk i mix every thing with water (porridge oaks & shakes)

I'll do just normal weight training exercises for muscle mass i.e 3 sets on 3 different machines @ max my weights per muscle

as for the carbs bit i do try to take less carbs but also try to keep a balanced diet once I've used up my current sakes i will be switching to a supreme whey protine powder

im following i diet to speed up my matabilisum so i eat 4/5 small meals a day and help my body naturally store less fat

thanks for the advice peeps im gonna try the no dairy approach
