1st timer
hi all. i am joining the gym tomorow and would like any advice/tips you guy may have. it will be the 1st time properly on weights so how should i go about it, i will be doing fitness aswell but am relitivly fit anyway.

on your first day u wanna take it light and steady and just get a feel for the diffrent machines/weights there and if in doubt ask a trainer how to use it/do it properly.

as snoop says - go and find out your limits and strengths. Make sure to do a very good stretch and warm up before you do anything.
