Default dumbells

I only have the use of dumbells at the min. what is the best way to use them to build my upper body.

There are loads.

chest: lying dumbell press - incline dumbell press - lying flys - incline fly

Arms: ( Biceps) standing DB curl - seated DB curl - hammer curl - preacher curl - (Triceps) bent over tricep raise - lying tricep extention

Shoulder: Arnold press - seated shoulder press - lat raises

Back: Bent over raise standing/ seated

etc etc!
