bought 2 tubs of progain and a tub of whey protain.i keep the strawberry progain at work and the choclate one at home,second day into it and cant really see a difference yet.the down side is ever since i i started it i keep breaking wind its not good when your mrs is complaining your about the smell in bed

 

It'll be a mirical if you see any gains over a 2 day period. As with all products of this nature,it takes time. There are also other factors,the product alone won't do much,a good diet plan is the way to go imo.
Just tell your missus its better out than in

 

buying some tommorrow. also getting some celltech. anyone got an experiences of using celltech before?

Give it 2 months and then if you have not seen any progress start questioning why.

 

on my second day of progain, left the celtech on the shelf.

can anyone tell me if progain has altered their urine colour before....kind of to a lime green ?!

To be properly hydrated your urine should be clear. Any deviation is a sign you are getting dehydrated. Orange piss(lkike after a night out) is a sign you need some water.

If its lime green, then this maybe something else!

Anyone taken Pro Vital "am intake" with breakfast?, that makes your first or second piss lime, even when you are hydrated.

Changed to EAS and the lime was non existent, and that was with no change of intake routine!

 

im on progain... yep it gives you severe wind, nothing you can realy do about it tho! Just hold it in till you can get out in the open, then plant it and run.

and have you noticed any differene in your urine colour? mine is almost lime green after three days on progain.

 

any hints? as i am only taking progain and creatine. thought of trying cyclone - any good ?

 

im on the progain aswell as SAN V12 creatine. I have noticed a slight colour difference, but since abusing my water intake, it doesnt seem so bad.
Not experienced enough to tell ya mate sorry!

dont know if its because of my weight but the urine is defo green ! alsp taking about 25-30g creatine per day for the last week!

might just be me but last week i just started takingit and i my weight was 11st 6lb now i weight 11st 10lb thats in a week unless the scales are lying to me.but the scales dont really no me that well because i never really went on them till i started taking weight gain

 

urine is still lime green today with almost a week on progain. no other effects tho. any ideas about the colour?

 

Welshy don't know why yours is lime green mine seems normal and not suffering from wind either.

I've been using progain since January got myself the banana flavour and using it with milk not water

 

ok brooksey. have you gained any weight since being on it???? doubt if its gonna make me nuch bigger at 180kg but the wifey wants me get to 200kg by end of 2006 which i am happy with but will then lose weight toi around 150.

still worried about the green pee!

If your worried about your piss you could try emailing maximusle and see if they can help. They make the stuff so must of heard something about it

 

The reason it gives you wind is becos when you mix it with ur chosen liquid. Your putting air in it, especially if you use a blender. I like to let it settle for a bit then drink it, but not too long or it seperates. It still gives you wind but not as bad.

 

its about 10 hours after taking it i get some serious wind !
