Exclamation Mk6 fiesta electric window problem help

Guys a bit of help please

The other halfs fiesta electric window drivers side wouldn't go up the other day, stuck quarter way down, would go Down then back up to same position sounded if it was jamming sticking, a sort of grinding noise.

I took the door card etc off and noticed nothing jamming it,visually anyway.

Now in behind door card etc the cords or whatever you call them that connect and pull the window up on side is now loose sagging, question is. Is this the electric window motor guys? If replaced will those cords go back into place and be tight as they should? The reason they are loose Is I pressed and pulled runner and pulled them out as couldn't get window up, basically lost it lol.

Thanks

at a guess its the motor that is sticking mate all you need is to tap the motor, it should get it working as I have had the same problem with my mums c max the window gets stuck down.
