if you are only gonna run the 10 psi you are already running then you will see no gain by fitting different injectors and chip.

the standard fuel pump if working correctly should be ok for about 200bhp or slightly more, but for around £100 you could have an uprated escort cossie pump from FSE, go for the one advertised as 350bhp capable, although in truth it is not capable of this at all on your fez, but will be fine at the power you'll be running.

then take the chip and injectors to a tuner and have them fit them and carry out a full management setup and on boost fuel check, probably cost between £120 and £150 plus a bit extra to fit chip and injectors.

the beiges are generally safe for around 16-18psi, which with the mods you mention will see you past the 200bhp mark

thanks its been setup before at power engineering on the current spec and made 185bhp so hoping to push it past the big 200bhp..

im not too sure if i HAVE TO run a cossie fuel pump or not,my mate was running pretty much the same setup as me but with a hybrid t3 and hes still using standard fuel pump... i was told standard pumps are good for 200bhp and maybe a little bit more aswell by someone else.im planning on running 12/13psi as i wanna keep it fairly reliable due to using her every day.

is there anyone on here running stage 2 with standard pump??

cheers

i used to run 230bhp on a standard pump, in all honesty there was no real reason to change it, i just figured it would be better to use one that isn't maxed out, it only takes something silly for the pump to lose some of it's flow.

I would get a much better intercooler as well. The Pace one isnt much better than a std Ford one.

ive just been on the phone to power engineering,he said 16 psi upwards you ideally need cossie pump, but anything up to 15psi is fine on standard pump. booked it in for tommorw on the rollers, ganna fit the bits in the morning and cruise her over to the lads

not taking no risks

My FRST is running 15psi on its 701's and it was enought to get the old girl to 207bhp on Engine Advantages dyno

On not taking the risk. Too many people chance it and it usually ends in (expensive) tears.

On a downside my turbo let go with =in days of the 195 conversion Ahh well it paved the way for the spangly T3
