My FRST is getting restored .... update 01/07/05
and its staying the ONLY colour to have .....
Goes in end of next month for major restoration ..... most panels being replaced

Well, i have been promised better paint work than when it left the factory in Valencia ..... will do me 
After this im thinking of engine upgrades ..... anyone want to buy a 154,000 mile T2 ??

as above, pics and updates mate.
gunna get mine sorted soon when i get the money, engines fine as its only done 63k ( i done 33k of it) but the paint keeps fading and pink just dont cut it, plus once faded it shows the newer paint as that dont tend to fade as quick.
love red but im polishing every few weeks, getting to be a piss take
anyhow, keep us updated dude

The car is stripped ..... back seats left in as it has my multichanger bolted to it ........
Proof of mileage shot ..... ........... no thats not 54k .... thats 154k!
All was going well until i found the dreaded rust in the passenger front footwell ..... tiny hole, but will obviously need sorted .....
Then of course i removed the carpet .... after 15 years and an oil spill, what do you expect ???

if i am spending all that money on a respray i want it to look amazing - not just white!
cant wait - digging the flowerbeds up at the mo so we can get the double driveway done - then everything is coming out - engine, axles the lot
