Iss really easy. You will need to put a 1.8 sump and oil pickup on the block to clear the fiesta subframe. Need a "DEEP" or "DESK" ecu and a 2.0 maf. Throw it all in and job done.

Ive sort of misinformed you, you dont have to use 1.8 zetec stuff can use all the bits off your 1.6 engine instead. So could be done really cheap

Who the fuck charged you that much???? It can be done in an si for 200 quid and you'd still have change although that would be doing it yourself

Seemed reasonable at the time!!

I had previously heard you had to change a couple of pins around on the ecu but maybe if you use the ecu's listed above you dont have to???

Ideally you want rs1800 exhuast and inlet as they are straight fit. There are loads of other options though like a focus inlet (thats what im running), modded st170 exhaust manifold etc

Si ones would fit but would restrict power, mondeo inlet is to big to fit in the bay as it will foul the break bar thingy, not sure about mondeo exhaust manifold but i dont think it fits as i havent heard of someone using one

Yea that should be fine, im running trust electrical exhaust manifold which was a fooker to fit and required a custom de cat to clear the sub frame

its off a mk1 2.0 if i remember rightly. Not a straight fit though required some wiring changes and fuel line connectors changing.

Im selling some R1 Carbs at the mo if you fancy more power than std

costs penuts if keeping enigine standard, what litre si do you have? if zetec use the exhaust manifold of it, sump and pick up and then all you need is a smaller oil filter on the mondeo pump, then a "deep, desk OR dewy ecu, mass sensor, throttle bosy and injectors otherwise is pointless".

my 2.0 in my old one cost me Ł70 from breakers, plus new sump gasket and few bits, shouldnt look over a Ł100 in parts if not having a rebuild

Dazza off FT done a Focus inlet change on his 2.0 si. he did have a site called Teamford.co.uk with a step by step guide for the si 2.0 with every thing to fit.

msportbo1 check his name on www.fiestaturbo.co.uk for his posts on the 2.0 fitment.

No need to mess about using thw wrong ECU from a Mondeo:

http://www.megaefi.com/

With the RS1800 inlet this should see 150ish bhp.

Mondeo ecu is drivers side bulkhead you have to undo 2 10mm nuts in the engine bay and one in the drivers foot well and it comes out from the foot well easy as
