i dont wanna be putting all my hopes into it,but im hopefully pickiing up on tuesday
its now got a full 12mths mot,and has had a small patch on the rear inner arch,and a full service as it was missing,so that saves me a bit of cash anyways

thats not very nice
it needs a good wash due to the bad weather when i picked it up,and theres a few little things like bulbs in the fogs need changing,interior light is intermittant,but body and mechanics seem great,and the paint work will look propper bo i tell the,once ive washed her

IVE ONLY HAD IT 2 DAYS,AND IVE GOTTA SPEND ONIT
theres a crack in the radiator at the top near the water hose,got stuck in traffic 2day(first time) and the fooker exploded
ive spoke 2 motormania and the only rad they have listed is for a fester 1600i-is this the same one as the rs??? does the rad have a fan switch built in,as this is another thing that dont work,but dont wanna buy a new one til the rad is fitted
i know ill have 2 take the rad off to refit the fan,but for the sake of spending un needed cash

no not got one but the erst rad is the same.
no built in switchs in them.
if the plastic has gone on the end it may be poss to patch it, your need some fairly strong glue though, normal stuff from shops etc may not be upto it long term, but indurstrial stuff can be fucking strong.

been having MAJOR trouble finding one,no fooker does them,apart from the alloy type which are 300+ which i cant really justify on a car ive only just fookin bought
ive just had a good chat with jacko,and he has told me to get the worth epoxy resin and fix the rad that way,if that does fail,then he has a decent working rad there ready and waiting
also gave us a few pointers on frst ownership,and poss causes for the water in the pass footwell..........i hope 2 fook the block aint cracked
well,a few more days will tell...............im deffinatley a ford RS owner now

one wes gave me a few years back was same size as the one in the frst.
still, if it had been the core that had gone you can get it re cored, not evey place will do them as they have plastic ends but some will

prob find its a wank screen seal, thats what min was.
other things are holes in the bulk head wheel arch, or a block drain hole in the seal

surely if it was the wheelarch bulkhead, it would have failed the mot-it got mot'd on 01/10/07
i did see an advisory sheet,which i asked if it was for the fester,but the guy said it was for his tranny,then in the drawer it went
is there anyway you can see the advisory sheet now everythings online???
