Hi just bought my new toy caspian blue 16i late 83 on a Y 62,000 all mot`s full history and it`s top been looking for one for ages it`s had 8 owners great body i love it.

Hi Graphite no not really this is spot on can`t do pics yet but if you go on rsoc forum look under rsi guy called diesel2000 there are pics of it are you part of the rsi on tour gang is a would like to join if you can help cheers.

Here you go buddy, enjoy it. Guted that I had to sell it but you seen how much I loved my S1. Have fun in it Daz mate and hope to see you at some shows next year!! It was a pleasure owning it and its a car ill always be proud of!

Hi paid a lot but VERY TIDY loads of history all mot`s and service history, going to show it next year in novice class only thing that is not original is exhaust

Gorgeous.
Speaking as someone who has owned loads of Mk3 Escorts and RSi's it is always cheaper to buy a more expensive mint car to start with than to try and restore one. That one looks well worth the money.
BTW the guys on the RSOC BB are in the process of getting replica mild steel "original" exhausts made for a reasonable price...

Mines needs alot of work doing to it but after viewing other RSi's i decided i'd rather spend the money on mine, so at least i'll know its gone together right. Besides you only have one life, you cant spend your money when your 'brown bread'
