Default E39 M5 Detail...."Updated 27/9"

Cars a 2001 E39 M5 which being honest was in good condition apart from some hazing only noticable in direct sunlight and light swirl marks.
The previous owner had the car detailed 6 months ago......maybe where the hazing/buffer trails came from?
The aim was to fully correct the paint with a 2 stage process due to how hard the bmw paint is.

Anyway onto it and after 2 days in to it i uploaded some pics to find my memory card was playing up and not uploading alot of pics so sorry for the lack of befores or many 50/50s but hopefully youl be able to see the diffrence.

First car was foamed with megs hyper wash left to dwell then rinsed off. Then alloys soaked with AS smart wheels tyres/arches in G101 and cleaned with an assortment of brushes wheels done one at a time and rinsed before next one started because of the finish of wheels.Engine bay soaked in Megs APC+Super degreaser and agitated via various brushed then rinsed.ar was then re-foamed and washed with the two bucket method with megs shampoo+ and a gen lambswool mit and also G101 sprayed on to all trim/badges etc and aggitated with a megs locking brush.

Car had lower half lighly done with tardis then rinsed and clayed with a gloss it mild bar and last touch as lube.Leaving defects clearer to see.

Car was taped up with 3m tape and paint accesed and pad/polish combos tried.
Settled on Menzerna RD3.02 on a menz orange pad on a flexi-pad backing plate.most panels needing 2 passes some 3 to get desired correction.
Followed up with 85RD and a spot of 106F on a Menz yellow pad.Spot pads used around tighter areas.
Leaving this.

Car was then refoamed and washed to remove dust and pat dried with a waffle towel.
Then waxed with Dodo-Juice light.Left to cure for 15mins then re-waxed again next morning. Also trim treated to Black-wow,arches to highstyle, tyres to Poorboys bold and bright,Alloys to Poorboys wheel sealant 3 coats,Glass cleaned and waxed apart from windscreen,Exhaust with Autosol and 00grade wirewool.Leaving us with.

Then dressed engine with Raceglaze Colour Enhance Trim Dressing and 303.

Inside vacumed then carpets/mats/boot lightly soaked in G101 aggitated then wet vaxed. All plastics cleaned and dried with a very lightcut of G101.Plastics dressed with Poorboys natural look,All metal trim inside dressed with Werkstat Prime Strong,Leather cleaned with gliptone leather cleaner and then conditioned with same brand conditioner,Glass with Megs Glass leaving.

after around 45+hours over 4 days she was finished.

thanks for looking.

Brilliant result, well done mate.

I thought the wheels were gash when the first couple of pics came up... but in the finished pictures, they actually don't look too bad. I really like these cars.

Cheers,
Grant

no the colour was terrible for trying to get good defect shots!!even with the car inside was hard with halogens on to see the paint in great depth hence why i used the sun alot.

Looking great!!

How much does something like that cost???

Also have the BMW and M badges faded or is it deliberate as some subtle attempt at styling??

Been a while since detail so thought id update this.Gave her a clean with Megs hyper wash through foam gun,tbm with lambswool mit and megs shampoo, alloys with smartwheels and agitated.
Then treated paint to Werkstat Acrylic Jett Trigger followed by Werkstat Acrylic Gloss 3 coats leaving an hr to cure between, trim with black wow arches with high style and alloys sealed with wheel wax two coats and bold and bright on the wheels. Also exhaust with autosol and wire wool.Inside leather re-feed with gliptone conditioner and all hoovered out and plastics wiped down.finally all glass polished.

And later that day whilst out.

After having thoroughly toronto escort discussed the fine line between escort services and prostitution, there is no denying toronto escorts that there is a huge possibility this single line will be crossed every now and then.
