for info regarding what polishes to use I would recommend the 2 following site...

AUTOPIA a site in the states dedicated to car detailing... some awesome info on there

and

DETAILING WORLD a UK based forum

but i polish using

Poorboys to remove swirls etc (applied via buffer)
Klasse All In One (or carlack 68)
Nattys Blue Carnauba Wax or P21s Carnauba wax

I would use it if i didnt work in the building trade.

My hands are that rough, ive only got to rub my finger on the paint and it would be scratched to fook.

I used to swear by autoglym but then found Mequiars and havent looked back.

But im now gonna try other stuff that has been recomended to me, these are, mothers, p21s, klasse and a few others.

Will be starting up my own mobile valetting buisness as soon as ive got my van sorted and will mainly be using mequiars for that.

Have done a few cars of this site now and all have been very happy with my work
