Default swirl marks on stainless steel

I've a stainless inlet cover that has swirl marks on it.
I've rubbed like fook with Autosol, but they're still there !!

Anyone recommend anything ??

I would say it needs wet flating then buffing with a polishing wheel

get it carbon wrapped!
