i find that a great alternative to SRP, gives alot smoother feel and lots less dust, easier to use too.

Those poorboys equivalents, do they do the same kind of job that SRP does? i.e a slight abrasive/cutting/filling? or is it just a polish? although people are saying its better than SRP so i guess thats all you need to know

i know, but super resin polish is actually pretty good at what it does, its probably one of very few of their products that people in the know still use(apart from the HD wax thingy)

I've used a fair amount of Autoglym stuff and they do have a few good products in their range. I have to say on the whole there is better quality products out their and I think Autoglym are somewhat trying to cash and cut corners using the brand name they have built. For example, I'm certain that their 'Rubber and Trim care' and 'Instant tyre dresser' are exactly the same products just in two different bottles. Same goes for their 'instant show shine' and 'alloy wheel seal'.

Auto Glym i have to say is the poormans car product. I dont say that because the products are cheap infact they are over priced i say iit because its the best way i can describe the range. Only SRP is half decent and its only good at hiding the problems. Poorboys is much much better, you cant beat Black hole on a dark coloured motor. Can be applied without a machine too. Once you get into the pukka car cleaning products there is no going back. One thing i will say from experience is Dodo juice wax really does not like certain ford types of paint.
Black hole is a glaze. The best car cleaning routine is as follows
Rinse with pressure washer, snow foam, dwell, rinse, 2 buck method wash, rinse, pat dry, clay, wash again, machine polish, IPA wipe down or cleanse, glaze, wax and then seal.
You only need to machine polish and clay maybe every 6 months.
