For cleaning, 303 Aerospace Cleaner (Larger 32oz bottle)
Real good stuff, use a soft brush, some cloths and a bucket of warm water.
You can put some 303 High-Tech Fabric Guard (Large 32oz bottle) on afterwards as well if you like.

I have uesd the auto glym hi-foam intrtior shampoo. It has the blue lable on it.You just spray it on let it foam up for a bit and then wipe off with a shammy leather.I have also used a soft finger nail scrubber to gety more of the dirt out.

yeah you can take the whole lot apart and put the cloth in the wash and they come out looking like new, well best you can expect anyway. And no you dont cut any material at all. I have done afew now and like said you can clean all the frames and get them repaired if needed,as some i have done the welds were looking bit worse for wear.good as new now mate. adam

I've stuck a few sets through the washing mashine and thay came out mint!
word of warning tho...
don't put them on a high heat,
wash the base bolsters and headrest in one wash and the back bolsters in two seperate washes, theres a big j clip on the bottom of the cover that could rip other covers
the material has a foam laminated to it, if the foams coming away from the material i would'nt stick them through the wash there be nothing left of the foam
or by washing them the foam will come away from the material
never had any proplems myself but i've heard a few bad stories

Also What have people done about the bits that are stapled in? Have you removed them or washed them attached? Do you need a special Staple gun to refit them?

while the seat is in bits you may as well straighten out the bolster on the door side/drivers seat
Try a little bit of steam on the foam, steam can bring foam to its natural position
or if not glue foam to it, shape it with a knife and finish of with a wire brush...

PMSL!! I was waiting for someone to say something about the carpet!![Red Faced](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_redface.gif)
I rent the place and am not allowed to change it!!!!!![Wall](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/wall.gif)
Anyway....... the seats are all back together, all looking excellent!
Bolsters have been swapped around so that the worn ones are on the inside to prevent further wear!
