what i did on my mk2 fiesta one was put a bit of bleach in it and water and one of them baby bottle brushes and scruber it and then put it in the dish washer

i would go for some APC and some pasta ( the smaller the better ) then a good shake

Go to tescos, they sell one called daisy. 1.5L and about 69p
