polish for mallard green

Do you want a fully wet, reflective finish?
You could use:
Poorboy's Polish with Carnauba Blue
ClearKote Red Moose Glaze
Poorboy's EX
ClearKote Carnauba Moose Wax.
Or you could sub in/use as well, a Collinite wax if you intend to use the car during the winter, due to Collinite's extreme durability.

then Poorboys EX to seal it
then Poorboys Natty's Blue
I love the shine this gives and it has that nice wet look I wanted-so maybe try this too?
I am open to suggestions on improving the above though

That's an excellent line up I have assumed glancy2081 is working by hand, hence no mention of machine products, like the Poorboy's SSR range.
The other products really suit your colour, although you may find you get a slightly wetter finish from switching to the ClearKote finishing wax, as it works very well on Mallard.
To push the boat out before a competition, you could even upgrade to the ClearKote two-stage final waxing process - Yellow Cream Wax followed by Carnauba Moose Wax - for the ultimate wet finish

Matt - if it's a fully wet looking finish that you're after, yes
Your car looks excellent on the link mate, really nice. As you've gone to all that effort, finishing off with a two-stage waxing wouldn't seem much effort at all
How's your wallet?

If you want the metallic to stand out, switch from the Poorboy's polish to ClearKote Vanilla Moose Glaze (confusing name but it is a polish). Switch the EX sealant to EX-P - and apply two coats to really pop the flake. Use Natty's Blue or Collinite 476s as your finishing wax.
