We got one of these machines secondhand for our oldest to use in his Art & Design course at University, but the previous owner had a lot of the useful stuff switched off, and we didn't get the manuals

It's great that it has loads of professional design software on it (why we bought it), but I can't figure out how to delete the previous owner's network printers, add a local one or get the DVD to play movies - it says some extention or other is missing. It will play music CDs though.

Anywhere to find easy-to-understand instructions for these things?
