Default best software for designing web pages

What is the best software for designing a web page. The cost of it is no object. Just needs to be able to design a professional web page.

sounds like you don't know a lot and expect to learn things straight away.

you won't be able to " design a professional web page." overnight, no matter what software you have.

pay someone to do it or start reading tutorials on photoshop, xhtml, css2, etc etc.

I can actually use html ok but prefer the likes of dreamweaver. I wanted a bit of input incase there was something better out there than it. When i meant professional, I meant as in sounds, video etc..

Can't beat Macromedia's finest for productivity, plus you can still hand code if you prefer. Frontpage has come along some in recent years, but Dreamweaver still gets my vote (and a large proportion of professional web developers' from around the world) for the best GUI driven web tool.
