just been watching the superbikes catch up on channel 4 website and wanted to record it and save for future use. i could output the video from my laptop to my archos and capture it like that, but would lose quality i guess.

is there any software that can basically 'record' what you are watching on screen (kind of like taking a screenshot 20 times a second)?
