Default Annoying Vista problem, help req

Right, in my pc i have 2 HDD's (each of these are mirrored onto another HDD, but ignore that as its not related to my problem).

My PC is set up in dual boot, between XP (home sp2) on the C drive and Vista (business) on the K drive, when i boot my pc in Vista, i can view the C drive in my computer, and explore the files fine, but when i try and access a file / folder it sayes that i do not have permission.

Is there an easy way to gain permission on ALL files / folders?

Help pls

might be an option under the permissions options somewhere? Have you had a look there?

Ensure that the drives are shared mate...........with the Everyone group to have Full Access.

Sounds like Vista is reading the NTFS rights that were placed on the drive and its contents by XP.

Post back and let us know how it went.
