Default Streaming a camera feed

Friend of mine wants to know how 2 stream a video feed from their CCTV onto a site so they can view it from a PC where ever they are, any ideas how 2 as i aint got a fookin clue their using a HDD recorder to record the footage...............

You need a special server with streaming software and tons of bandwidth.
Very expensive to do!!

as stated the bandwith for streaming media is hudge and to get a server that would cope with the loading would be excessive in cost, just log onto the PC running the camera's when required via VNC or SSH
