Default Help wih virus
Can anyone help me get rid of this?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\npguvviz.exe
Trojan horse Downloader.Generic2.BHS

ive tried to open it but it wont let me saying access denied
any ideas in simple terms please

Running either virus scanner in windows's safe mode should allow it to be deleted
