Can I ask mate, wouldn't it fail the MOT with the wheels sticking out further than the bodywork like that?

There is a bit of a discrepency with that law as once you turn the steering on any vehicle the tyres stick out past the arch.

I personally do not know the ins and outs but it has always passed a mot like that.

Cheers guys for the nice comments.

Car is also on ebay

I was gonna ask the same thing because my mate got pulled in his mini for having the wheels stick out past the bodywork, it is illegal

After asking why we were told that if a person was to walk out infornt of the vehicle and be struck near one of the front wheels they would be dragged under the car by the wheel/tyre instead of being struck to the ground
