Default BMW m5 SOLD SOLD please delete

Ok, here I have my lovely bmw m5 for sale.
Firstly, if you are looking for a cheap m5, then may I suggest you look elsewhere, as this will not be being sold cheap. The car is 100% spot on, and runs, drives , stops etc as an m5 should do!
I looked all across the country for m5's before I ended up buying this one. It wasn't the spec or colour I wanted, but the condition and history sold it to me. The car has full history stamped into the book, and also receipts to back them up.
Since I have owned the car I have done the following maintenance things;

Replaced all bushes underneath, including lower arms, drag arms, control arms and centre tie rod linkage for steering. All suspension bushes have been replaced including rear subframe bushes and diff carriers. This was done purely as the m5 board recommend that after 100k, these start to deteriorate and the handling goes away.....and boy were they right! She is as sharp as a pin on handling now!

New tyres all round

Brand new graphite wheels

Black kidney grilles and badges.

The car has a long life custom exhaust which is still under warranty and sounds absolutely AWSOME!

The interior trim has been changed from wood to silver to match the outside, and compliments the heritage leather nicely. Brings it up to date too.

I have a brand new key too as the second one I had lost its memory and bmw couldn't re code it. So all in all it has 3 keys but only 2 will start the car, but the third will open it. I also have the plastic key too.

The car is insured with Adrian flux with an agreed value of 11k, so this will give you an idea of the condition.

In 2010, the car had a quick shift or short shift kit fitted, which reduces the throw between gears, I have all the receipts for this too as this was done by bmw .

The service history for the car is as follows:

3.10.2002. Pdi
27.05.2003. Inspection 1 running in service. 1985 miles
10.10.2003. Oil service and microfilter. 3969 miles
11.01.2005. Inspection 1 and microfilter. 33043 miles
27.02.2007. Oil service and microfilter. 60816 miles
29.08.2007. Inspection 2 and microfilter. 69301 miles
30.07.2008. Inspection 1 service. 84866 miles
26.04.2009. Inspection 2 service. 93642 miles
17.01.2910. Oil service. 99428 miles
30.07.2010. Major service including: oil filter , spark plugs, air mass sensors, and a/c service 106440 miles
20.11.2012. Inspection 2 and all bushes and suspension components replaced. 108396 miles

Anyone who knows about these cars, knows that the vanos units were revised on the 2002 onwards cars, so they are not prone to failing as are the older ones. This car makes no noise on start up and sounds beautiful when running. The sports button works as it should and the car drives perfectly.

The spec is as follows;

Black heated heritage leather
Sports button
Folding electric heated mirrors
Ski bag option
Folding rear seats
A/ c Dual climate
Electric seats
6 disc CD player
Widescreen nav and t.v
Sunroof electric tilt slide
Electric windows all round
Tyre pressure monitor
Steering wheel controls
Cruise control

The private plate will be removed once the car is sold, unless I get a really good offer.

I am only selling this as I am looking for another cosworth preferably escos or 3door.

Whoever drives and views this car will not be disappointed at all. I know from personal experience that everyone thinks their car is the best on ebay, but after test driving about 15 m5,s , I know that this one is the best. The car has approximately 16 months left on an extended warranty with warranty direct. i purchased a 2 year package with this company, which allows unlimited claims up the the value of the car! now thats piece of mind! ;

I am not in a Hurry to sell, and really aren't that bothered if it stays, as I do love and cherish it. She is garage kept and polished very regularly. Viewing advised as the noise it makes when revved is stunning!

Please no test pilots, if you want to just thrash one of these for 10 minutes, then look at one that is up for 5 k and not mine please.

No messes, call me if you want to talk about the car. If I done answer, please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Will be interested in a p/x deal with a cossie or what have you got?

Will add any more info if I think of anything. Cheers Martyn.

07900 004743 up to 8pm only please, or text after that up to 10p.m.

Thanks for looking. Pics to follow shortly.

Price now £8999 Ono, or swap, p.x. Cossie, cash either way!

Fantastic car and amazing value! If I had the space I would asking to view that.

Should be an easy sale with that file of servicing, hope you get the right person interested.

Just taken delivery of the new M5 and love it but the older ones are special and certain to appreciate in value as time goes by.

GLWTS

This was my M5 before I sold it to Martyn. I can vouch for it's outstanding condition, I looked at various M5's all over the country before finding and buying this one.

Good luck with the sale Martyn.

Thanks rog. I agree, they are fantastic. If I keep saving, then I could get a cossie too, but is that just greedy? Lol
