Well I came accross the Corrado a few months ago and bought it as I needed a daily runner.

It still ticks all the boxes, looks awsome and is quite a rare car..... but I keep looking at other things wearing a Ford badge So I thought id advertise it for sale or for interest in tsomething else. Quite simply, i'll happily keep it otherwise
Its a late model,1995 corrado 2.0 8v which is a rare combination in 'Pearl Blue'

(very much like smokestone blue). Most are VR6 or 16V's during this age. Essentially its the Golf GTI running gear which arguably is the better version running more torque that the 16V option.

The car only has 5 previous owners with a documented 135k on the clock (in daily use)

Engine and box are superb..... no smoke, rattles or fluid losses. I get 42 mpg out of this on my commute!
Massive amount of history with all the documents in my name, 14 mot certificates. There is a substantial amount of invoices for servicing.
The VW is a very orginal car, original panels which still has the PDI stickers on the inner wings, boot floor etc. The previous ownder was loved the car dearly and had a mini restoration involving a part respray to maintain its up keep.
Now if im fussy (which I am!), I can see some prep marks in some of the panels but thats only because ive polished often enough to find them
The panels pained were both sides of the car inc. boot lid but excluded for some reason the roof, bonnet and bumpers. There is the odd scratch or stone chip you would otherwise and therefore expect... Bottom line, its an 18 year old car.
At this attentive stage, all bushes, bearings, disks, pads (front and rear) were renewed with genuine VAG items.
It has the rear spoiler which raises at 56 mph (very cool in your rear view mirror!!)although has maunal overide.

As its a very quick add (compared to my normal ones!), i'll list as much of the spec as I dare before I change my mind...
17" Antera rims are currently fitted as my winter wheel although I can give an option of a super clean set of 17" split rim BBS reps with polished outers (very very, VERY nice on the car but the salt will ruin them at the moment). Possibly a set of Azevs... I can give options![Big Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
Supersprint sports exhaust including x2 center boxes ( lovely growl and not loud ), documented cost of £450.00![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/shocked.gif)
Pipercross performance panel filter
kenwood head unit and upgraded front speakers .
New heavy duty battery
New custom mats
40mm drop on Apex lowering springs
Total Closure alarm
Interior is the best combination imo.... the dark cloth which contrasts well with the colour of the car.

Drivers seat has slight bolster wear but there are no rips or tears , and a few age related marks but thats being really picky!
![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v74/mungus/DSC01169_zpsaaf5a625.jpg)
Its very straight and often commented on!
It flew through its MOT recently, taxed until March
Classic car insurance which is super cheap! (thanks to Paul @ Need to Insure) . There is probably loads i have missed so please contact me if you need any further info on car.
£1400 ono or a deal on something blue oval
BBS Reps are available at extra cost

Wow that's clean. I'm a secret VW man! Ran a few Mk2 16v'ers in my younger days.
Think it's a bit cheap though for such a clean car.
If you've still got it in a few months (which I doubt) I'll take it off your hands pal.
