Transit connect RS £9k ono (NOW SOLD) PLZ REMOVE
Here we have up for sale is my transit connect rs originally built by CSG of bolton several years back. I'd really like to keep it as its one of the most fun vehicles ive owned to date, but sadly i need 4 seats again so this has to go. If you wanna be different and blow alot of cars away at the lights and generally p#ss off people by going past them in a van then this is for you!!
I have just had the MOT done and passed with flying colours, and tax'ed it for 12 months from the end of last month.
Donor engine and gearbox have now done just over 53k, runs sweet and doesnt burn a drop of oil.
Engine is running 222bhp at the wheels using a dreamscience re-map. (Rolling road graph to prove).
Since i have owned it (for the past 2 and a half years) i've done/replaced/added the following............some within the last few months, all of which i have most of the reciepts for as proof.
Samco coolant + boost hoses,
Roose silicone pcv hoses (common rs fault),
New ford plugs + 8.5mm magnecor leads, and running MSD coil pack,
MAP sensor,
Fuel pump + sender unit,
Injectors + injector rail seals,
Oil return pipe (another focus rs common problem),
AP organic clutch + ford slave cylinder,(done about 1k)
Scangauge,showing water temp,charge temp,speed and revs,
Front disks + ferodo DS2500 pads,
New rear calipers + pads, also braided metal brake hoses front+rear, (brakefluid changed for 5.1 at the same time)
Cambelt and tensioners got replaced 2 weeks into my ownership,
Oil filter + fuel filter changed recently (every 3k with valvoline oil),
K+N gen 2 cone filter,just been cleaned and re-oiled,
Dreamscience map installed,
Toad alarm fitted with text back facility,
18" compomotive mo's,(slight kerbing but really nothing major), All tyres very good, new fronts approx 700miles ago, (215-35-18's all round)
Rear of the van inside has been resprayed and custom made ply boards fitted and covered to fit in panel recess's,
Upgraded front and rear door speakers, alpine cd/memory card reader lead in glove box,
PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SUB'S,BOX,OR AMP!
I could go on and on about the stuff ive done to this van to get it into the shape you see it in today,so if you have any serious questions feel free to ask.
Everything works as it should do,electric windows, switches, etc etc.
No px's im affraid as ive already found my new vehicle.
Price, £9,000 ovno.
Im open to sensible offers if you want it alot cheaper,i'll remove the comps (possibly can supply with 17's instead),stereo, scangauge.

Good luck with the sale awesome machines fun to drive very reliable quick and surprises many people and by far the best projects I've done regretted selling this van hence why building another but newer shape but someone wanted to buy it so I sold it but built to how he wanted it and it's pretty much the same as this one

BTTT if anybody wants it cheaper i'll take the stereo out, scangauge and take off the comps (if you've got your own wheels to put on), or possibly can supply with 17" st200 wheels.
Cheers.
