They are getting harder to find now mate, so glad i got a good one a few years back.


Dont be put off with older ones, mines a very late 52 plate just turned 70k fbmwsh and would wipe the floor with most 55 plates.


Seen an 04 the other driving past on the motorway with rust, yes RUST all round the front wing, the car was a terrible state, wheels were charcoal with dirt and dust, hadnt been washed let alone polished for years by the looks of it

The guy was shirt an tied up, about 25 yr old not giving a shit, obviously.

Deffo one of these next for me after the saph cos,getting that finished over the winter,enjoying it early next summer then up for sale at prime showtime to get about Ł5kish back and stick a few ŁŁŁ in for one of these.
Plenty about for around Ł6-8k,lambchops still looks a steal from the spec etc.

M3 and M5 's are totally different cars to drive for starters, I fail to see how you could be put off by a BMW other than the fact it may be expensive to run.

expensive yes - but the power is not delivered in the way I like it - as in turbo cars - and to be honest E39 M5's are not as quick as you might think, compared to modern performance cars.

but another box ticked - I test drove an M3 before I got the M5 and nice as they are - I didnt want one.
but it doesnt stop me admiring nice M5's and M3's - as this one.

I think they are alot of car for the money - and looks great - and I even like the gold coloured M3 !!

and if the interior was better I would try the E60 M5.
