just getting my wheels refurbed, fan and brackets and alternater heatsheild powdercoated.
i will keep my eye out for you ive got a set but they are quite scuffed got some pretty mint 90spec front and rear door cards though

this is a very nice s2 but to me this post is also piontless
you,ve posted up asking what people think its worth then you then say you would,nt sell for 10k , so its another attention seeking post imo
this car does look a cracker and imo is definatly worth holding on to seies 2,s are like saffs theres been that many broken and scrap,d that there getting rare to see now and your everyday s2 will always sell allday but the minters are now coming in to top money but its finding that person that appriciate that
as people would rather buy a Ł2k car and spend 7k on it rather than just buy a good one

Aint spat me dummy out at all pal, Its just that half the parts alone come to ove 4k never mind the rest of the car.
Dont want to talk about other people cars due to i dont want to ruin there sale thread but i totally understand what your saying about the one owner and low miles and it is a fantastic example, But people who are in the market for s2's original or modded in exceptional condition will have to dig deeper than 5k never mind 4k !
You'll see it at the shows next year then you will agree that it aint a 4k car by the slightest, do you have a s2?

if its attention seeking why have you just given him the attention?
and so what if it is attension seeking or not this guy has spent many years and alot of money on getting his pride and joy to the amazing standard you see today all he has asked is how much do people think its worth. if it was me id have the car posted all over this forum for people to see.

If you actually bothered to look at the white h reg and the red h reg (my friends until he sold it) they are both standard bar a couple of modifications, this car is not standard and has quite a lot of decent modifications and is in immaculate condition so i dont think you can compare the 2 or 3 cars, and if you havent got anything nice to say about someones car then dont say anything

Yeah a not very nice one, how you can judge the 3 cars anyway they are all different, and this one as already said has some nice expensive mods where the other 2 are near standard so cant be compared!!! a near standard examples and a modified example.

if i was going to restore a car i would do a few things first, find a car with sensible miles and a good history and low owners. You can spend 50 grand on a mk4 rs turbo but if its a high miles car with more names in the book than a chinese yellow pages its them things that ultimately put new buyers off.
imo that car needs normal ford plates and the correct bumper and spoiler otherwise the first thing if it was for sale i would be thinking is what's it supposed to be ? a early reg car with later parts or somthing else.
does look nice though.
