i have an avus blue m3 coupe with silver leather.
engine bottom end let go-through block and last owner stripped it hoping to find another bottom end.

everything else is there-gearbox,exhaust diff,interior,bumpers,spoiler,kit,alloys,all/most anciliaries by the look of it-just no engine.

some very minor rust bubbles on rear arches etc but easily sorted.comes with v5 etc....

ideal for someone with a damaged one or who has an engine knocking about-or maybe a track car-mine was awesome!

looking for £1400 ovno-delivery is also possible. may even break it if enough interest.....

Bit off topic but do you know why the bottom end went my 3.0 m3 did exactly the same never found out why is it a common thing?

it threw a rod through the block....my track car did the same after many track days of abuse.....
i would say mine was caused by either oil surge or a big end bolt either stretching or working loose by what i found when i took it apart(and what was left on the circuit!)

Mine was only on 67k I reckon it had had been clocked though! Shame I loved mine pretty good on fuel too cheers for the reply good luck with sale mate.

just thought i had best mention the mot has expired and the reg number is L96 NEH

it literally wants an engine putting in and piping/wiring up.a mate of mine bought it with a fooked engine,took the engine out then left it sitting there.
its worth a fair bit in parts so not fussed if it doesnt go because ill break it-seems a shame though....

I had one of these m3's years ago was a great car was identical to this still looks in good order jay could be on the road for £2500 this car , which is a hell of a car for the money.

Really wish you would sell that saphire i would love it.

they are out there for around a grand.....when i blew my track car up i was offered one for £750 from another m3 track dayer to help me get it back up and running.

im pretty sure there is more than £1400 in parts to sell so not too fussed wether it sells complete or not.

the price is £1400 OVNO...there is a lot of interest on ebay and i know what its worth in bits and i have no problem pulling it apart next week if its still here,or shoving an engine in if i come across one...

try me with an offer fella,i can only say no

Not a bad price at all that mind!

Just looked on ebay for an engine... theres a nice BMW V10 for £8k some cheap 328 engines too, aswell as a couple of M3 engines with a few days to go, could grab a bargain.
