Moonstone RS500
RS500 No. 492
may be tempted to let mine go, had it a couple of years and its just sat in a bubble the whole time. i am spending so much time with other cars and motorsport stuff and it’s a real shame for it to just lie there.
always said it was a keeper but following a big extension to my garage to make room for it i ended up purchasing a superleggera and that has taken this new extra room .
car is being stored away from home in a carcoon.
any questions please ask via pm or email on mark@varologic.com
edit:
really nice to see so much interest in such a classic RS and given this large amount of interest i will now take best over 25k, don't want to give it away
car has done about 350 miles since i took ownership and i think it has about 35k on the clock (guessing as i can't remember) could be less or slightly more, sorry.
exterior and interior totally standard apart from a center vent boost gauge etc. brand new ford steering wheel and gear knob, engine running about 450bhp but still on original RS500 block with all correct numbers etc.
standard wheels & brakes + the car is cleaner than factory inside, outside and underneath.

really sorry for the lack of info, posted up 2 mins before i left work last night and didn’t expect such a big interest.
busy today but will be available to discuss tomorrow and will upload some pic's
i had the AP's removed so i could fit standard wheels, not a fan of mod's (visual) on such a beautiful car. brand new standard brakes were fitted and they have done about 50 miles max LOL
car visually looks totally standard apart from the exhaust, i had to have an original car which retained the original engine block. didn’t expect to get a modified car but this one has been done so well and manages to retain the original look under the bonnet with no chav stuff on show. (sorry again not a fan of chrome bits etc, no offence just not my thing )
banging out about 450 bhp i think
everything perfect is the best way to describe it

I personally wouldnt get gready with it,, these people saying 25k is a bargain,, where is their money?? I think the car is priced sensibly, but will never sell for the premium of an original, unmodified example

the car can be put back to standard that’s the beauty of this car, when i was searching for one myself 3 years ago i was adamant i wouldn’t touch a modified car but this one seemed to offer the best of both.

id price it exactly where you have you will only get people offering you 23-24 if you price it at 25k.
best to be at £27,000 Car looks awesome, And could be put back to relatively standard so i dont see why thats a problem.
