Subaru Impreza WRX, Roger Clark Motorsport 2.5 forged Engine - NEW PICS - Scotland
Hi there,
I have a 1997 Imported Subaru Impreza WRX with a freshly built Roger Clark 2.5 Engine. Still in the running in process at around 900 miles.
The car will come with 1 years Mot (currently July 09) and will come with the remainder of the tax which is June 09.
Here's the engine spec:
EJ257 short motor from Roger Clark Motorsport
STI crank and rods
Omega pistons
New sump
New water pump rcm
New rcm oil pump
1.6mm 3 layer cometic metal head gaskets
11mm ARP head bolts
All new idler pulleys
Import sti timing belt
SS set of headers (manifold and up pipe)
3" kakimoto from turbo back
440 sti injectors
V3 STI heads
Hybrid Front Mount Intercooler with Stainless Steel piping
Excedy organic clutch
Walbro fuel pump
Ngk pfr7b uprated plugs
Baileys dumpvalve
Standard ECU and standard VF22 turbo being used for the running in period.
Interior wise it is pretty standard with a flip down Kenwood CD player.
Exterior wise it has the following:
17" Rota lightweight wheels
Koni fully adj suspension
STI kit with front splitter
Prodrive high level spoiler.
22B rear lights.
New drilled and grooved discs and new pads all round aswell, gearbox was fully rebuilt by Glenburgie Subaru around 3/4 months ago with reciept. 4x new toyos all round.
Body wise the car is very clean, no rust on the arches etc.
The front end does have stonechips and I would personally have the bonnet and bottom spoiler painted.
It has been regulary washed and polished, I personally know the last 2 owners of the vehicle and it has wanted for nothing. It comes complete with a A4 folder full of reciepts etc.
The car is always run on the best of oils and fuels, currently running on 15w50 race mobil 1 as advised by Roger Clark Motorsport.
To sum things up this is a very well cared for impreza.
No expense has been spared anything it has needed it has got. all engine work is brand new, gear box, clutch, brakes, exhaust, tyres are all about 3 months old. but been off the road getting conv done so basically brand new.
These pictures are older ones but there car looks much and such the same. It no longer says Scooby on the back, it has clear indicators in the front and side repeaters.
£5200 or nearest offer.
May part exchange for a nice Sapphire Sierra Cosworth.
Thanks, Stephen

Very nice car but not what I'm looking for sorry.
It'll be a fair thing when it's run in, it's been driven very carefully justnow as it's still being run in.
Thanks, Stephen

good lookin car mate but i would keep it and enjoy
then when you have run it in and your bored with the power
get yourself a md321 turbo and you will have a very lively classic
@400-450hp is possible with very good torque too.
good luck wichever way you go
