2.1 zetec turbo fiesta track/road car................
Some of you might of seen it on track at donny at the weekend.
On shitty dial up at mo so cant post all the pics I've got
Will be breaking the fiesta shortly unless I can get what I want for it whole, but its unlikey as it worth more in bits than a full car!
Engine.
Ian Howell built blacktop 2.1 zetec turbo, WRC steel rods, forged pistons, rs1800 inlet, ERST manifold on adapter plate, stage 2 T3 + -31, high flow injectors, custom billet fuel rail, uprated valve springs, 3bar, Cossie fuel pressure reg, cossie fuel pump, bailey cossie breather, Big pipercross air filter, 19 row mocal oil cooler with thermo block and temp sensor take off, full scorpion exhaust, Pro alloy front mount cooler and extra large alloy radiator and fan, vibratechnics competition gearbox mounts, Pectel T2 and loom for zetec turbo, laptop connection port in dash, engine dyno'd at Harveys and mapped by Ahmed 230bhp-ish @12psi guestimate . Had intentions of going T34 and 300+ bhp which this engine would easily cope with. Makes your fiesta quick . Dyno'd by the best and ready to go.
Transmission.
ERST gearbox with shot peened gears and slippy diff (diff whines but still does the job). Fiesta frenzy spec Helix paddle £380 new
Suspension.
Gaz coilovers
Front and rear strut braces
New standard wishbones and track rod ends, cv joints, wheel bearings, tie bars etc....
Brakes.
Cossie 283mm discs and callipers, goodridge braided lines all round. Uprated drums and shoes.
Wheels and tyres.
15" super T's sprayed white . pirelli and toyo rubber.(got three spare super T's in silver) OR 15" Team dynamics sprayed white with part worn slicks as Marco sells em.
Exterior
Cut out front bumper for I/C
Bonnet pins
Interior
Stripped apart from dash and two good recaros, battery in boot, fire extinguisher, williams harnesses, spa oil pressure/water temp, spa oil temp/boost, stack st200 rev counter, ACT gauge (needs soldering), TIM battery gauge, clifford concept 500 alarm. Pectel in glove box. Laptop plug on dash.
Cost a lot to put together and have run in and set-up on the dyno etc..... not even covered 1000 miles yet! Easy work for this engine at current power.
Its an awesome engine but the whole cars co-owned with a mate and its difficult sharing something like this when you both want different things! mortgages etc... missus up the duff etc....
We've chucked well over £10k at it over the last 18 months and could easily spend another 5 getting the rest of the bits we want etc.... Its only had 4 outings on track since the build! Pistons and rods were a grand alone! Time for a change.
The rest of the spec will follow later tonight or tommorrow when I get chance to remember it all!
The car could be made road legal without to much bother, 2 new sills needed and it shouldnt be far of passin an mot. Virtually everythin used in the build has been brand new and barely used.
Feel free to click the link below my sig to see the build, pics etc.. and get an idea of whats in it.
The cage has allready been sold tho.
After £6500 .

Cheers for the comments folks.
it'd be nice to see in go in one piece. But if I have to get oily and post to the corners of the country then I will!! I guestimate £9k back, with all the bits and pieces I've got lyin round aswell. Shame I cant have it all in one go!
