im in need of a set of valve springs for a zetec turbo
area 6 want £100odd quid for a set so i thort i would try my luck to see if any one had any or new where to buy them from??

yep thats a good price for zetec turbo ones standard 8v cvh non turbo ones are £45 by me and zetec's are 16v so like said if it was me i'd be biting the bullet and buying them

Do the valve springs need to be changed? I'm building a zetec turbo... reconditioned the head but have left the original valve spings, is this ok.?

F4T_RS- it's fine if you don't want a lot of power. Like, under 200bhp.

clarke mate, just buy them, he'll sell you the right ones which is worth the extra few quid to know your buying quality

standard valve springs wont go past 5psi of boost (depending of the condition of the valve springs.) witch is very point less not to change them
