But you say the drivers wheel sits further out than the passenger side do the cambers wrong on 1 of them, could be a 2wd tca on the pass side, bent tca, bent drivers hub.
I'd get the front up and measure all components at both sides and compare measurements then go from there.

Check the wheels if there not....ford might have to different offsets or a staggered set and u have put a back wheel on front......or the good old cossie front bumper is twisted in.......think u will Notice if u have the wrong Tca on or a bent one when u get the power down and

It could be that one side has an XR4x4 hub. Those also use brake discs with a bigger offset than the cossie, so should be easy to check.

Has it had a replacement wing in the past? I only ask as my mates motor was visually different on the gap between wheel and arch between sides, i checked everything and it was down to a non genuine wing

I had a similar problem on my 4x4. It had a trw track control arm on one aide and a random make on the other. The random one was 6mm longer if my memory serves me right plus I've had a replacement none genuine wing. Took bloody ages between 2 of us (mechanics) to work out what the hell was going on!!

xr4x4 hub is I think 15mm sticking out than a cossie 4x4 hub, probably worth checking to see if both hubs are the same,
