Hi,
I am after some advice, I am a Vauxhall man so do not know what the best route is to get a reliable 350bhp from a ford engine.

Story is a friend of mine has a Tiger Kit car with a 2.0ltr Ford Duratec with Throttlebodies and hes not happy with 180bhp an wants more.
Now we are happy to remove the engine and maybe swop for a Zetec etc

I just need a insite and maybe a list of how people would do this OR have done it?

We looked at supercharger TTS kit BUT they will not do a 350bhp kit as a bolt on, as we may aswell build an engine with a turbo.......

As for budget well the TTS kit was 4k so not shy aslong as its right.........

Mk1 focus rs engine will give you this with ease. Hybrid turbo remap, decat.

there is a quick guide to build one on here for cheap money which will do 350hp and be solid with ease

A standard turbo will give you this with the right mods and a live map.

Yeah i have heard so many times off rsoc. I mean a genuine 350bhp.

Mines on standard and have a print out of 370.1bhp @ 27psi.. I can show you the genuine print out if you like?

Nothing over the top really.

Forge actuator
Sabre live map

Before the map and actuator it made 255bhp..

Now it's running approx 340/350bhp at 22/23psi, the map really made the car come alive

Gotta remember guys that the kit car won't be running frs management very easily, its would be a lot easier with standalone management.
