what are the difference between the mazda 2.5 and ford 2.5 America duratec

anyone know anything about the what are the difference between the mazda 2.5 four cylinder (uk) and ford 2.5 America ford fusion engine .

The MZR25 engine is the same as the Duratec25 (not 2.5VE) they have VVT unlike other MZR/Duratec units

would the 2.3 aftermarket ford cams fit this head?
is there any crankshaft out there for the 2.5 without the balancer shaft wheel on the crank

I'm not sure if the 23 cams will fit the 25 and I think they all come with the balancer shafts.
