the turnout at crail today was very poor in my opinion,5 saphs on the strip,2 or 3 s2 rs turbos,1 or 2 s1s,1 3 door and a handful of saphs on display.didnt see 1 mk3 fiesta rs turbo,forget about mondeos,new focus`es new fiestas.i mean proper rs cars.fair enough the early weather kept most away but is this a sign that most have been broken for their engines or turned into track cars?

Its still slighty too early in the year to see all the summer cars on the road as most only tax for 6 months as of april.

bit of a waste of time performance ford having a magazine day in march if theres nothing worth taking pictures of.they should realise this and make their show day sometime in the summer.then theres a better chance of nice weather and more cars,instead of all the integras and other jap stuff there.

i never meant that there was nothing worth taking pics of,i meant its a waste of time them coming in march for a few nice cars,in the summer there would be a more nice cars so they should come up then!

hope nobody takes this the wrong way but i MEAN it was a poor turnout,possibly due to the time of year or the weather i hope.for it being a big ford magazine day i thought there would be more rs`s on display and on the strip and i hoped it wasnt a sign that these great cars were getting thin on the ground due to being turned into track cars,rust,stolen etc.

Alot of cars aint on the road yet mate. The time of year IMO is quite crappy but maybe we could speak to Nick or Dave and try and get a summer one sorted too?

IMO it was a pretty decent turnout for one of the first shows of the year and there was defo planty RS's there worth taking photo's of,just cause they weren't on the strip flat out,that aint everyone's cup of tea.
The ones that were on the strip though were pretty fooking quick ones
Plenty cars up here that will have features shortly or are well worthy of a feature. Plenty awesome RS's up here just now!

I agree, the turnout could have been better as could the amount of fords on the strip, mind you I cant really take as I took mine through and just parked it up!

I have to agree it was a pretty poor show of fords, you can't blame the time of year, well you can but its held more or less the same weekend in March every year and in previous years there have been better turn outs. IMO its a ford day and to encourage Fords and discourage other crap (i.e saxo, clios, golfs etc) there should be discounted entry and discounted track prices for fords and normal price for other stuff.

Same with the Retro ford meet on the 30th, what a stupid weekend to hold it on how many cars like these are only on the road 6 months of the year, they should make it the first weekend in april or something not the last in March,

Cant sell the cossie now, so im gonna need to stage one tune it. Bought a quickshift for it today so I'll probably be picking your brians on how to fit it sometime in the near future!

stage 1.just go the whole hog and buy a stage 3 kit,you will end up there anyway!quickshift should be pretty easy to fit!

some folk wont tax their car all year i suppose,sucks a bit when its a sunny day in the winter and you cant take your car out for the sake of a tax disc though!
